Not sure which treatment to choose? Let me know what outcome you want from your treatment and I’ll devise a session tailored to your specific needs.
All of these therapies work better as part of a regular routine. I recommend two to four sessions close together to start to address your concerns, followed by a fortnightly or monthly appointment to maintain the improvements. If it’s been a while since you treated yourself to a massage, you won’t know yourself!
